New Year's Eve Dinner & Gala

Reception in the Palm Court from 7-8pm with passed canapés and cocktails.
Dinner & Gala in the Crystal Ballroom at 8pm. Shared seating with a maximum of 10 people per table.
A plated 5-course dinner with set menu held in the historic Crystal Ballroom. Cash bar. Includes access to the Fairmont Empress New Year’s Eve Gala. Live music and dancing in the Crystal Ballroom.
After enjoying dinner in Crystal Ballroom, dance into the new year to live music at Canada’s castle on the coast. The gala will feature a live performance by Amanda Woods – a local jazz and pop singer/songwriter. Includes a welcome cocktail and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine at midnight. Black tie.
